Meet The Team
Ben Woolley
Partner
Ben Woolley is a Partner in Ag Leadership Partners and 21st Century Strategic Forums, LLC. Ben also use to serve as Director of Operations for Sunterra Farms, managing all aspects of a 17,000-sow business in Canada, with nurseries and finishing in the USA. Ben has over 35 years of vast experience in the swine industry in production, processing, and leadership management roles. Ben has served as past Chairman of the Canadian Pork Value Chain Roundtable, the General Manager and Founder of the Western Canadian Swine Health Alliance, and past Chair of the Banff Pork Seminar, Director of Lariagra Farms, and the Genetic Alliance.
Ben has a degree in Economics from University of Georgia in the US and have completed numerous Management Courses.
Shonda Sammons
Partner
Shonda Sammons is a partner and Program Leader for Ag Leadership Partners. With over 30+ years of experience, Shonda works directly with frontline and support staff to gain a thorough understanding of her clients' strategic and branding focus. She fosters abilities and uncovers hidden competitive advantages in an organization’s existing workforce and evaluates recruitment efforts. In addition to her highly energetic facilitation style, Shonda converts individuals into enterprising champions and assists them in identifying their talents and matching their skill sets to job responsibilities.
Originally from Indiana, Shonda has called Kentucky home for the last 23 years. She is a graduate of Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business. Her greatest passion is helping people achieve their highest potential.
